Dr Jason Hsuan
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Dr Hsuan joined the Group in November 1990 and is responsible for the Group's overall corporate policies and business development. Before joining the Group, he had over 19 years of managerial experience in well-known multinational enterprises, which include General Electric and PepsiCo. Dr Hsuan graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in 1968. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
Mr Houng Yu-Te
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr Houng is responsible for the Group's general administration and financial operations. Mr Houng holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Soochow University, Taiwan. Before joining the Group in December 1996, he had gained experience in auditing and finance from an international accounting firm in Taiwan, and worked for many companies, in charge of their accounting and financial operations for over 28 years.
Mr Hsieh Chi-Tsung
Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer
Mr Hsieh is in charge of ODM sales and also responsible for the procurement of raw materials. Mr Hsieh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Feng Chia University, Taiwan and an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration from National Taipei University. Prior to joining the Group in 1994, he had worked for over 23 years as a purchase officer for a number of prestigious monitor manufacturers in Taiwan.
Mr Lu Being-Chang
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mr Lu is in charge of new products, planning, research and development, as well as sales of consumer electronic products. Mr Lu graduated from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan with a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining the group in November 1999, he had worked for the Sampo Group in Taiwan for over 25 years and was in charge of manufacturing, international sales and research and development.
Mr Liao Jen Tsung
Vice President
Mr Liao is in charge of the Group's manufacturing operations. Mr Liao holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tunghai University, Taiwan. Prior to joining the Group in March 2001, Mr Liao had 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
